Villa Irene Langhe is a boutique stay in the hills of Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of the Barolo wine region. A renovated 1950s rural schoolhouse — reimagined by architect Lara Spano of LATO51 — with three distinct design units, panoramic views over the UNESCO Langhe hills and the Alps, and direct bookings only.

Ground-floor open-plan loft. The original schoolroom of Pensoglio, now a bright living space with design furniture, art, a curated library and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
Panoramic Suite Red
First-floor suite with terracotta wall, chevron oak floor and Sergio Leone artwork. Floor-to-ceiling views over the Barolo vineyards and the snow-capped Alps. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
Panoramic Suite Green
First-floor botanical suite with custom magnolia-pattern wardrobe and vineyard views. Ideal for couples. Sleeps up to 2 guests. Can be combined with Suite Red for groups up to 6.
The entire villa can be rented exclusively for groups of up to 10 guests.

Villa Irene Langhe is in Località Manzoni 30, Monforte d'Alba (CN) — 5 minutes from the village centre, 15 minutes from Alba, 45 minutes from Turin.
Monforte d'Alba is one of the eleven communes of the Barolo DOCG production zone, surrounded by some of the most celebrated Nebbiolo vineyards in the world. From the villa, the panorama extends 360° over the UNESCO hills and, on clear days, reaches the Alpine arc from Monte Rosa to Monviso.
